Digestive Issues

The process of digesting your food is complex. Its a balance of stomach enzyme secretion and muscle movement. Your nervous system controls this digestion process – you don't have to consciously think about turning lunch into usable nutrients! What we are often aware of is when our digestion is not working the way we expect it too. Many people experience the symptoms of digestive issues – upset stomach, GERD, constipation, excessive gas, bloating and more. Because your nervous system controls the digestion and movement of food, it's important to make sure that the nerves that control those areas have no interference.
